Experience the Transformation

From Pain-Body to Blessing-Field

Waterperry House, Oxfordshire
United Kingdom

Sea background 1_edited_edited.jpg

Experience a profound journey into the spacious and luminous state of awakened embodiment

Based on the book Transcendence: Journey of the Soul
by Helen White Wolf, this experiential retreat offers the opportunity to explore life-changing practices in a supportive environment, together with spiritual friends.

Your hosts Helen White Wolf and Rama Shemaya

have more than fifty years of combined experience in facilitating transformative programmes.

At this retreat you will be supported to...

  • Access a deeper state of presence in your life - going beyond the practice of 'stilling thoughts', to a direct experience of the nature of reality.

  • Resolve old imprints and patterning in your mind-body field to ignite your spiritual awakening.

  • Meditate in a way that profoundly changes your inner and outer life, bringing you into resonance with the reality of synchronicities, blessings, and miracles.

  • Establish a strong foundation in non-dual awareness, and cultivate a compassionate relationship with your 'ego'  or 'pain body'.

  • Become more deeply attuned to the unique rhythm of your own process.

Helen White Wolf

As we contemplate the qualities of awakened consciousness,
we come into resonance with the light of life Itself,
welling up from deep within us.

What has been painful is transformed into love,
warm like sunshine, and sweet as spring rain.

In this field of beauty and compassion,
miracles become the new normal.

The Retreat Programme Includes -

  • A balance of theory (energy anatomy and dynamics), and practical exercises.

  • Fully guided deep practices of inner inquiry, energy elevation, meditation, mindful movement, and contemplation.

  • Mentoring by tutors who can provide feedback on the processes taking place in your mind-body field, and offer individual coaching when required.

  • Nutritious meals, comfortable accommodation, and the opportunity to regenerate in a beautiful natural setting.

Meet the Teachers

Helen Original Cropped_edited.png

Helen White Wolf

Helen trained in Spiritual Healing, Esoteric Healing, and Earth Healing, with the Shan Foundation, Melbourne from 1986-1989, and was appointed as the group leader in New Zealand. She conducted regular Earth Healing Services and meditation gatherings, and facilitated educational events for the organisation in this capacity. During the 1990's, Helen began teaching independently, developing a three-year programme for the training of energy healers. She continued to have mystical experiences that profoundly altered her perception, and informed her work as an intuitive, healer, therapist, and educator.

In 2013, after twenty years of teaching, both in NZ and internationally, Helen was given the inner directive to develop a foundational body of work that would help to clarify, and support, the process of spiritual awakening.

The outcome of this is her book Transcendence: Journey of the Soul, and the courses that companion it: The Practice of Contemplation and Blessing, Meditation with Soul and Light, and Contemplative Yoga.

Rama 2024.png

Rama is a yogi and Christian mystic, who began his spiritual journey in the 1980's as a dedicated practitioner of Kundalini Yoga and group transmission meditation (Share International). He has been using Meditation with Soul and Light as his core practice since 2001, and has frequently taught alongside his wife Helen on the Soul Centered Healing training programmes.

A major part of his service is planetary healing transmission, and he has worked at many sacred sites around the world including Hemkund Sahib in the Himalayas, the Great Pyramid of Giza, Macchu Piccu, Lake Titicaca, Jerusalem, the Red Sea Crossing (Mt Sinai), the Vatican Catacombs, Medugorje, the Bosnian Pyramids, Glastonbury, and Mount Shasta.

Rama was ordained as a New Thought Minister in 2006, and from 2015-2023 worked as the illustrator of the book Transcendence: Journey of the Soul.

Rama Shemaya

Testimonial

"Helen’s workshops and intensives help us remember our true nature as luminous beings. The depth of the work supports each participant in reconnecting with and healing into their wholeness.

Through the teachings, meditations, and focused healing work, Helen invites us to breathe into and reconnect with the deepest resonances of light and love that we are.  In guiding a group meditation, she holds the energy of the room with her loving presence, supporting each individual as they move deeper into their journey.

I am so thankful for Helen’s immersive events — they have been life changing for me; helping me experience my deepest self."
